Around 200 meters from Fanling MTR Station, the Project is a 12-storey luxury residential development comprising 75 flats. Alternatively, the whole building can be used as hostels for University’s students and/or quarters for professors.

The building features a modern architectural design and includes a clubhouse, gymnasium, and a sky garden on the 2/F, as well as an open carpark and integrated greenery at the ground floor level.

 Building Information Modeling (BIM) was adopted in the design, planning, and construction processes to increase efficiency, improve risk management, and explore more sustainable and cost-saving options.
