Chinney Construction Co., Ltd. was awarded the contract to carry out renovation works at the Visual Arts Digital Laboratory of the Education University of Hong Kong in September 2024.

The project includes demolition, general builder’s works, block wall, window wall, vinyl flooring system, acoustic false ceiling & wall panel system, built-in furniture, fitting-out work & MEP work system, etc.

The challenge of this project during the construction period was that noise control had to be well controlled to an accepted level for the avoidance of any disturbance to the University.
