Chinney has completed the development of Canton House, a 28-storey commercial building, for Southland Company Limited.

Located in the Central Business District, Canton House, designed by AGC Design Limited, offers much sought-after Grade A office space in the area, with a total Gross Floor Area (GFA) of 3,300 sqm. The building envelope features stone cladding and a curtain wall. Interior fitting-out works to the lift lobby, building maintenance unit (BMU) and building services systems installation are performed. The tight construction space, presence of existing buildings and utilities posed a serious challenge to the on-time completion of the project, which was overcome by the strict adherence to statutory requirements and effective communication with all stakeholders involved.
