Chinney was awarded the contract for the redevelopment of Concordia Lutheran School. Three building blocks were constructed, comprising classrooms, special rooms and assembly hall complex, with a link bridge (two levels) in-between.

The Works also involves renovation to the two existing interconnected blocks, and all associated external and internal works.
