Chinney was awarded the contract to carry out renovation works for Evangelical Free Church of China – Tin Chuen Church with CFA over 500m2, including a 150 seats Chapel, offices, library, multi-function room, kitchen, nursery etc. 

Major challenges of the project are location of the site at centre of Flower Market and sharing of common staircase with other occupants of the building, maintenance of good neighbourly relationship and logistic management are factors of success.

The Works comprises movable partition system, finishes, fitting-out and built-in furniture works and MEP installation works.  The Works also includes replacement of windows, concrete repair work, asbestos removal work, external signage which involve statutory submission to government departments.
