The 18-storey quarters block is facilitated with communal areas, carpark and a management office. Lift power re-generation and photovoltaic system are also implemented to benefit energy conservation.

The Works comprises socketed H-piles foundation, r. c. superstructure, finishes, fitting-out, interior decoration, built-in furniture, external, landscaping, and slope works.
