Chinney was awarded the contract to carry out A&A and renovation works for new office of HKU Musketeers Foundation Institute of Data Science of The University of Hong Kong with CFA over 350m2 at 3/F Graduate House of Main Campus.

The Works comprise demolition works, general builder’s works, glass partition system, demountable partition system, acoustic ceiling system, fitting-out work, built-in furniture and MEP works including the smart access control system.

The project also complies with the Building Energy Code (BEC) under the Building Energy Efficiency Ordinance (BEEO) governed by EMSD.
