In view of the establishment of the Hong Kong Institute of Construction in early 2018, the Construction Industry Council plans to renovate the Kowloon Bay Training Centre as to modernize the building facade to suit the forthcoming development.

Renovation works comprises refinishing of external facade, windows, fence wall, steel & metal works and air-conditioning system improvement works.
