Chinney has completed the construction of New Shun Hing Centre in Kwai Chung for Shun Hing Group.

Designed by Lu Tang Lai Architects Limited, the new 21-storey building with basement offers 16,000 sqm of industrial & office space, comprising workshops, offices, a carpark, and more. Interior decoration at the lobbies, lavatories and common areas, and building services installations are also performed.

The project achieved HK-BEAM certification, by using sustainable approaches throughout the construction phase. Energy-saving building envelope, as well as roof gardens on different levels are incorporated into the building to ensure the environmental footprint is minimised.
