Chinney was awarded the Construction of Po Leung Kuk Choi Kai Yau School at Caldecott Road. Designed by Andrew Lee King Fun & Associates, the 25,000 sqm campus consists of four interconnected blocks, 60 classrooms Teaching Block, Activity Block fitted with different kind of laboratories, workshop, AV teaching room and multi-purpose room, Amenities Block of indoor swimming pool, 1000-seat auditorium, library and Administration Block. Notable facilities include multi-function ball court, covered playground and carpark.

The Works also involves substantial ELS works and slope upgrading work at green hatched black area.
