Chinney was awarded the contract for conversion, alterations and additions, interior fitting out and installation works of the new gymnasium at roof level of Po Leung Kuk Choi Kai Yau School. Originally an outdoor basketball court, the area is converted into a 550sqm indoor sport hall to fit the teaching and learning needs of the School. The Works includes the demolition of the existing structure and finishes to make way for the new steel structure and steel roof for the new sport facilities.
