Chinney completed the construction of the 9-storey school building for Pooi To Middle School. The building is completed with 30 classrooms, with a 2 level link-bridge connecting to assembly hall and other auxiliary facilities. Landscaping works, fitting-out works, built-in furniture construction and all associated building services installations are also performed.
