Chinney was awarded of the Works for the construction of two 24-classroom primary schools at Ex-Tanner Road Police Married Quarters site, namely North Point Methodist Primary School, and Pun U Association Wah Yan Primary School.

Apart from the classrooms, each primary school campus provides a wide range of facilities including assembly hall, basketball courts, spectator stands, common area, landscaped areas, sitting out areas, access staircase, fence walls, green hatched black area, and other ancillary facilities.

The Works comprises foundation, r. c. superstructure, finishes, fitting-out, interior decoration, built-in furniture, external, landscaping, and retaining wall modification works.
