Chinney was awarded the contract to build a single-storey sand mixing yard as stables refurbishment, and a 2-storey District Cooling System building, including MEP works of 2 nos. 1,000 TR and 2 nos. 500 TR water cool chillers and associated cooling towers and chilled water pipes for distribution network to the existing stable area at Shatin Racecourse for the Hong Kong Jockey Club (HKJC).
