Chinney was awarded the contract of rehabilitation of Anne Black YWCA Hotel and become what is now the Summit View Kowloon, a 4-star hotel with over 160 contemporary guest rooms.

Apart from the renovation work of the 22-storey hotel main tower, a new extension of 7-storey lower block as social service centre was also built, which involves piled foundation work and structural steel work, and completed with other features such as carpark, green roof and vertical green walls.
