Chinney has completed the development of a 32-storey commercial building, The Wellington, for Nan Fung Group.

The Wellington, designed by Chau Ku & Leung Architects & Engineers Limited, offers much sought-after Grade A office space, as well as multiple retail and restaurant spaces, with a total Gross Floor Area (GFA) of 8,000 sqm in the heart of Central. The challenge of constructing a high-rise building in a busy neighbourhood with a tight time constraint was tackled head on, by the strict adherence to statutory requirements and effective communication with all stakeholders involved.
