Chinney was responsible for the design and construction of the Proposed Annex Block at Hong Kong Baptist University Affiliated School Wong Kam Fai Secondary and Primary School at 6 On Muk Lane, Shek Mun. The Annex Block is aimed to support the school’s future development of extra curricular activities, by providing a sports gymnasium complex, flexible small group rooms, and a multipurpose rooftop.

The completed annex block comprises a visual art studio & art gallery, indoor running tracks, a fitness centre, an outdoor basketball court, and completed with all relevant fitting-out and MEP installation works.
