Quantity Surveyor / Assistant Quantity Surveyor
Job Description:
Degree / Higher Diploma in Surveying / Building Studies or construction related discipline.
Minimum 3 years relevant experience in quantity surveying.
Able to perform the duties in all aspects of quantity surveying including administration of main contracts and sub-contracts, cost control and budgeting, materials procurement and handling contractual matters.
Able to carry out estimating and to assist the procurement department in preparation of tender submission and procurement of sub-contracts.
Candidate with certain experience both in building and pilling projects.
Candidate with less experience and/or qualification will be considered as Assistant Quantity Surveyor.
- Immediate availability is highly preferred.
